I hear the words of the street, that breath of fresh speech,
Inviting me to speak.
I rub away the sleep from urbanized eyes,
Fully dialated to the kingdom of peace
Of Mind
And Heart.

I am my community
And without it I’d have no soul.
From chalk on the streets
To rockin’ break beats
My community showed me how to breathe.
